Willie is an experienced, knowledgeable real estate agent and he is familiar with the real estate trends in the North Chicago , Illinois area. For example, he put my house on the market and vigorously marketed it and adjusted the price accordingly . My house sold in a short period of time it sold for a reasonable price with cash offers. I live out of state so he went above and beyond the normal real estate agent customer service duties by helping fill out complex city forms and he even found licensed contract workers to take care of an emergency pipe burst in the basement.
